Required Tech Lead

As a skilled Technical Lead, your role will involve overseeing the successful execution of technology projects for our clients. You will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to a team with a strong technical background. Here are the key responsibilities for this position: - Total experience of at least 7 years with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead - Providing guidance to the team on development efforts - Offering technical leadership through coaching and mentorship - Delegating tasks to team members and providing necessary guidance - Ensuring adherence to coding standards and clean branching methodology - Assisting in collecting and documenting user requirements, developing user stories, and estimates - Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems - Packaging and supporting deployment of releases Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Technical skills in Database (MySQL / SQL Server), Programming Languages (C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Frameworks (ASP.Net MVC, Web API, ADO.Net, LINQ, Entity Framework, Angular, SSRS, .Net Core), Project Management (Agile methodology Scrum framework), and Tools (Visual Studio, SAS, MS Azure, CI-CD using DevOps), Version Control (JIRA, Git, Bitbucket) If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated resume to email: sankaran@kbsconsultants.com.
