Required MCA Faculty

We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our esteemed faculty team for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in MCA subjects such as Programming, Data Structures, Software Engineering, Database Management, Web Technologies, and more.
• Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.
• Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
• Contribute to research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is mandatory
• Experience: Minimum of 2–10 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in Computer Applications or related fields.
• Preferred Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science/Applications or pursuing Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in latest tools, technologies, and programming languages relevant to the MCA curriculum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
