Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Required Arm Guard at the Odisha Forest Department Corporation located in Berhampur, Odisha, India. The arm guard will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas to ensure safety and security, monitoring and reporting suspicious activities, controlling access to assigned areas, and responding to emergencies as necessary. Additionally, the arm guard will need to maintain logs of daily activities and report any incidents to supervisors. The salary is attractive, following government minimum wage standards at INR 16,500 per month, with PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance).

Qualifications

  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform patrolling duties
  • Basic knowledge of security and safety procedures
  • Attention to detail and vigilance
  • Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic literacy to maintain logs of daily activities and report incidents
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preference given to candidates with security guard training
