Driving business agendas to help achieve zonal objectives. Issue resolution for trade by co-ordination with internal dept service, quality & marketing. Managing Team members to guide them to a common objective of business growth. Market visits to ensure down the line team is adhering the process. Authentication of gap areas and plan for fulfillment. Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term. Ensures smooth operations within proposed budget and manpower resources. Responsible for Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets. Team training. White space mapping. Distributor relationship. Manage spend. Manage churn effectively. Analyse market and dealer / distributors trend to spot risks and take corrective actions.
