Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of diverse digital projects, from planning and scoping to deployment and post-launch support. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, tailoring approaches to specific project needs Act as a liaison between business and IT, managing stakeholder communication independently Perform thorough analysis to understand business requirements, independently creating BRDs and business cases with ROI analysis. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery. Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC expertise to drive efficient and effective project execution Oversee application/platform management, ensuring integration and contributing to solution/technical architecture. Manage & execute solution testing, including UAT, to validate the desired functionality and ensure quality, reliability, scalability, and security parameters Strong understanding & awareness on existing and emerging technology platforms Analyse data to inform project decisions and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Independently drive user adoption and benefit realization/ ROI through effective change management strategies. Core Skills: Proven track record managing diverse digital projects and various platforms independently. Blend of business acumen & functional expertise (say 70%) and technical competence (30%) to driver digital projects in areas of Sales, distribution/ SCM etc. Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce CG and Sales Cloud, Leadsquared CRM, SAP, Power BI and other SaaS platforms/solutions. Understanding & exposure on emerging technologies, cloud, Web/ Mobile applications etc. Strong understanding of integration, solution and technical architecture.
