1. Qualification ----Diploma/B. Tech 2. Experience ---- Diploma 4 -5 Yrs. / B. Tech 3 - 4 Years 3. Position ---- Engineer 4. Job Location IMT Manesar, Haryana Required Skills :- Candidate should interested for working in Japan. Excellent knowledge of Designs tools & Drawing’s readings with the development expertise. Responsible to understand projects requirements/Problems/design requirements. Experience as a Guest engineer at customer company. Knowledge to handle customer Individually/ Independently. A good Liaising with customer with Expertise in Wire Harness. Development of Wire Harness for 4 wheelers & 2 wheelers. Sound Knowledge of Wire Harness market and collect the information and update to the top management. Analytical and Decision-making skills, Customer and Cross-cultural sensitivity Manage the design, development, and integration of wiring harness systems. Create industry-leading Low Voltage Electrical systems design. Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the packaging, engineering, release, and launch of all harnesses in the vehicle portfolio. Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Creativity, Design thinking & Design Driven Innovation, Iterative Problem Solving: Learning by doing Collaborate with harness and module suppliers to ensure technical excellence and on-time delivery
