Job Descriptions of Local Representative for Varanasi. Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive person to act as the main point of contact in the Varanasi . The person will be responsible for timely execution assigned tasks, coordinating with local people, execution of local operational activities and smooth communication between the management and the local area. Key Responsibilities: · Local Coordination : Act as a connection between the company and local stakeholders (clients, vendors, authorities etc.). · Coordination : Handle coordination with local people, vendors, agencies, authorities, or other stakeholders as per instructions. · Errands : Carry out physical tasks like submitting applications, collecting parcels, verifying property, etc. · Visits & Follow-ups : Visit sites, offices, or persons when required and report updates accurately. · Documentation Support : Collect and submit documents, get forms signed or verified, and assist in any local paperwork. · Reporting : Provide daily/weekly updates via phone, WhatsApp, or email as needed. · Confidentiality : Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling personal or sensitive matters. Qualifications and Skills: · Minimum Graduate (MBA and experienced candidates will be preferred) · Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English. · Knowledge of local area, geography, and community. · Basic knowledge of computer and smartphone handling skills. · Trustworthy, responsible, and presentable personality. · Responsible, punctual, and hard worker. · Ability to follow instructions and report honestly.
