Reporting Analyst (Mid Shift)

The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing HR reports to identify trends and generate actionable insights that inform workforce-related business decisions. This role involves applying advanced analytics techniques, delivering meaningful metrics on staffing, talent management, learning and development, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports, including headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and DE&I.
• Analyze historical and real-time data to identify key workforce trends and patterns.
• Support HR strategy by providing data-driven recommendations related to recruitment, retention, performance, and compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all reports with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad-hoc HR reports for global and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and Data Governance teams to enhance data quality and system integration.
• Lead or contribute to self-service reporting initiatives, automating processes where feasible.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HR analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
• Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Familiarity with data modeling, SQL and experience with automation tools like Power Automate is beneficial.

• Business acumen and strategic thinking to align data insights with organizational goals.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
