As a Health Claims Analyst Report Writer at IWI Services, located in Kharar, Mohali, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in processing health insurance claims, analyzing medical data, and ensuring accurate and timely claim settlements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business users to gather and analyze reporting requirements, extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources, designing dashboards and visualizations, troubleshooting report and data issues, and automating recurring reports. Additionally, you will maintain documentation related to data sources, report logic, and business rules. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze reporting requirements. - Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple databases and sources to support reporting needs. - Design dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights clearly and effectively. - Troubleshoot report and data issues, providing timely resolutions. - Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes. - Maintain documentation related to data sources, report logic, and business rules. Qualifications: - Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret medical data. - Experience in Claims Processing and Claims Handling. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant regulations. - Detail-oriented and highly organized. - Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment. - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, is beneficial. - Candidates with a background in BSC, MSC, B Pharmacy, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, or Forensic Science are preferred. - Must have knowledge of English and basic computer skills. - Experience in report writing is required.
