Report / OnDemand Infrastructure Tech Analyst - Batch Operations

The Infrastructure Technology Analyst - Batch Operations - Reports/OnDemand Services role involves assisting with defining reports, setting up reports, and troubleshooting issues related to reports. You will provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and stakeholders. Your main objective will be to use your infrastructure technology knowledge of reports and OnDemand to process data, resolve issues, and perform administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Resolve moderately complex problems/projects through analysis and technical experience - Participate in testing activities and evaluate results for possible enhancements - Complete control activities and make recommendations for improvements - Collect requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment - Gather, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes or systems - Assist in systems implementation/enhancements and post-implementation activities - Exchange ideas and information in a clear and concise manner - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role - Advanced Technological experience in a Mainframe or Distributed environment - Effective analytic/diagnostic skills - Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience - Ability to work under pressure or to a deadline - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Knowledge Required: - Mainframe concepts, including accessing, processing, and reporting - Distributed systems - Linux - CA-View processes and configuration - CA-View report definition - CA-View DB setup, CA-deliver DB setup - CMODz processes, FID configuration - Connect Direct - Bundle Definition - OnDemand Data Loading/Data Extraction - Migration Directory This is a full-time position in the Technology Job Family Group within the Infrastructure Job Family.
