Repair Engineer - OPW VRS

a) ITI (Mechanical/Electrical) with 2-3 years of experience.

b) Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with 0-3 years of experience.

1. Job Responsibilities:

a) Assemble STP CBBS units, MLD copper tube fittings, and MLD testing kits with precision and adherence to quality standards.

b) Troubleshoot and repair of OPW VRS components, including nozzles, breakaways, PCBs, pumps, PSUs, VPS, TPS, and other related parts.

c) Troubleshoot and repair Helix and TIPL VR spares such as nozzles, breakaways, PSU and motor-pump assemblies.

d) Conduct functionality and quality testing of repaired and assembled equipment to ensure operational readiness.

e) Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues that may arise during the operation of equipment, utilizing a deep understanding of the specific systems and processes involved in our industry.

f) Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all work performed adheres to industry safety standards and regulations, and identifying potential safety hazards or risks to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.

g) Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and any modifications made, and providing comprehensive reports to supervisors or management as required.

h) Training and Knowledge Sharing: Attending training sessions or workshops to enhance the understanding of equipment operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.

2. Basic Requirements for Repair Engineers:

a) ITI (Mechanical/Electrical) with 2-3 years of experience.

b) Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with 0-3 years of experience.

c) Basic computer skills (e.g., email handling, MS Office, Excel).

d) Preferably have Maintenance or Repair experience.
