Repair and Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair and Maintenance Fitter The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various industrial machinery, including Grinding Machines, Gas Cutting Machines, Drilling Machines, and Pug Cutting Machines. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will ensure all machinery operates at peak performance, minimizing downtime and maintaining the efficiency of production operations.

• Conduct repairs and regular maintenance on Grinding Machines, Gas Cutting Machines, Drilling Machines, and Pug Cutting Machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and provide corrective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they result in breakdowns.
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as bearings, belts, motors, and other critical components.
• Use diagnostic tools and manuals to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Identify faults in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and ensure that all machines are correctly set up and calibrated.
• Ensure proper alignment and assembly of machine components.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, parts usage, and machinery performance.
