Job Description

Develop and optimize high-performance backend applications using Core Java and Microservices
Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to improve system performance
Analyze backend logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues
Manage database administration tasks including setup, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and issue triaging
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve application architecture and database reliability
Scale and optimize backend components to enhance reliability, fault tolerance, and performance
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, databases, and distributed systems
Required Skills Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
Strong command over Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, and Design Patterns
In-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms with a problem-solving mindset
Experience with REST APIs, and Microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with database administration, including setup, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Expertise in debugging backend issues using logs, monitoring tools, and performance profiling
Knowledge of Linux Operating System
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Experience in the Backup Recovery domain is a strong advantage
Soft Skills Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Ability to dig deep into system issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently
Proactive and self-driven with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams
A strong sense of ownership and ability to take initiative in solving complex challenges
