We are seeking a Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting to become a part of our team at Innomotics. In this role, you will be responsible for various key areas related to financial reporting and accounting. You will be tasked with preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS. Additionally, you will oversee the general ledger management, ensuring the integrity of financial transactions and maintaining the accuracy of financial records. Your responsibilities will also include managing month-end and year-end closing processes, coordinating with external auditors during financial audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. You will play a crucial role in evaluating accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy, implementing process improvements, and providing leadership to the accounting team. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in the implementation of a Global ERP system to enhance accounting processes. This will involve collaborating with IT and other relevant departments to customize ERP modules, implementing updates and modifications to optimize system performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls within the ERP environment.
