Job Description

Job Summary The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of subscription/license/policy renewals. This role ensures timely renewals, maintains customer satisfaction, and contributes to revenue retention by proactively engaging with clients, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell. Key Responsibilities 1. Renewal Management · Track and manage renewal timelines for assigned customer accounts. · Send renewal reminders, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures. · Maintain renewal pipeline and update CRM/systems with accurate status and documentation. 2. Customer Engagement · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. · Understand customer needs and address any objections or service concerns. · Educate customers on product benefits, features, and value propositions. 3. Coordination & Documentation · Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) for seamless renewal processing. · Ensure all documentation, invoices, and contracts are complete and compliant. · Assist in preparing renewal reports and MIS for internal stakeholders. 4. Upselling & Cross-selling · Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell based on usage patterns and customer needs. · Collaborate with sales teams for account expansion or product upgrade conversations. 5. Reporting & Compliance · Track renewal KPIs such as retention rate, churn rate, and revenue impact. · Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in CRM tools. · Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications · Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred). · 1–4 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or inside sales. · Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). · Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: cross selling: 1 year (Preferred) Upselling: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
