About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our support team. This role involves handling both voice and email-based customer queries for a US-based client. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries via email and voice calls.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards and meet performance metrics.
• Document interactions and updates in the required systems.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work 78 hours per day during night shift (IST)

• Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently from any location in India.
