Virtual Remote Assistant, Night 8PM - 5 AM (Mon - Friday)

Weekly Pay, Every Friday.

INR 25,000.00

For this role, a strong Internet connection is required and a candidate should own a laptop/desktop

You will be assisting an associate as his/her Virtual Assistant shadowing his/her tasks. You will be working closely with an associate who will give you instructions on how to complete a task and assign you tasks based on priorities.

You will perform various administrative tasks including filling out application forms for clients, answering emails, and Phone Calls, Organizing Files in proper folders, Data Entry, Respond to emails and phone calls, Calling clients, Keep clients Informed of their file status, Schedule online meetings, Manage clients records, Perform research as assigned by associate, Create presentations as assigned by associates.

You should be able to handle administrative work and deliver quality work under minimum supervision. You should be keen on taking ownership and responsibility, flexible, self- starter and should be available and flexible to take any task during work hours as prioritized by associate.

Requirements and skills

Hard-working professional with strong work ethic and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Able to communicate fluently in English for daily work activities

Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Outlook)

Good phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Solid organizational skills

12th Grade Pass and 5 years experience in virtual assistance, customer service, financing, banking, real estate, loans, etc ; additional degree or qualifications are a plus

Fresher with Bachelors Degree in any subject but have minimum 65% or 2.750 GPA or higher in bachelors degree
