In this role

, you have the opportunity to serve the customers of Philips by Proactively monitoring the Philips PACS install base.

You are a part of

EI-RI-SSD Operations team.

Your role:

• Bring support services thinking and mind-set into all aspects of problem escalations
• Build partnership with end customer (wherever applicable)
• Good understanding on Information technology components
• Analyzing & troubleshooting various hardware components (compute/storage/Network) and Application issues quickly and effectively that can be administered remotely.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting Operating Systems issues quickly and effectively
• Willingness to work in shifts and 24/7 models.
• Be aware of the latest technical & organizational developments and their relevance to the business
  

Shifts:

Rotational (including nights and weekends)

You are fit if:

• 2 + years' experience in remote service Engineering role
• Have a keen interest in monitoring and alert management
• Can perform basic troubleshooting and triaging
• Are comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift model
• Have good communication skills, Quick learner/go getter.
• (Optional but preferred) Exposure to healthcare IT/PACS environments
  

How we work together:

• We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
  

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.This role is an office-based role.
