Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Executive to connect with leads and promote our Google Ads-based digital growth packages. The role is voice-driven, focused on outbound and follow-up calls, proposal sharing, and converting prospects into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound leads to present digital growth packages.
• Understand client goals and offer suitable Google Ads solutions.
• Handle objections and build trust through clear and confident conversations.
• Share pricing, service details, and coordinate with the internal team for onboarding.
• Keep CRM updated with call logs, lead status, and sales performance.
• Achieve monthly conversion and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital or IT sales, preferably in phone-based roles.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Understanding of Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage leads efficiently and close deals remotely.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
