About Us: We are an innovative EdTech company developing an IB-based product designed to enhance learning and assessment for IB schools. We are looking for an experienced IB Coordinator /Consultant to work as a consultant, helping us refine our product to align seamlessly with IB standards and processes. Role Overview: As an IB Coordinator/Consultant, you will provide expert guidance on IB curriculum development, assessment methodologies, and examination processes for all grade levels. Your insights will help us ensure that our product meets IB standards and effectively supports educators and students. Key Responsibilities: 1. IB Curriculum Alignment: Review our product to ensure alignment with IB frameworks (PYP, MYP, DP). Provide insights on best practices for structuring IB lesson plans and assessments. 2. IB Assessment & Examination Guidance: Offer expertise on IB evaluation methods, including formative and summative assessments. Advise on IB exam preparation strategies, grading systems, and reporting structures. 3. Process Optimization & Refinement: Assist in mapping out IB workflows from curriculum design to student assessment. Identify gaps and suggest improvements in our IB-based digital solution. 4. Consultation & Feedback: Provide structured feedback on product features, ensuring IB compliance. Participate in scheduled discussions to share recommendations with our development team. Key Qualifications: Experienced IB Coordinator with a deep understanding of IB curriculum, assessment, unit planning and examination processes. Strong expertise in PYP, MYP, and DP frameworks. Experience in developing or reviewing IB-aligned educational resources. Ability to translate IB pedagogical principles into digital learning tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback. Prior consulting experience in IB education or EdTech is a plus.
