Job Description

Position: Remedial Teacher

Location: IVCT Campus, Koyilandy

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Remedial Teacher to support students who require additional academic or emotional assistance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Psychology and a passion for helping students improve their learning outcomes and confidence.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group remedial sessions for students.

Identify learning difficulties and plan suitable teaching strategies.

Maintain progress reports and communicate with parents and faculty.

Support the emotional and behavioral development of students.

Qualifications:

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Educational or Child Psychology preferred).

Prior experience in teaching or student counseling is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
