Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹14,500 (in-hand)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Reliever to support field operations by stepping in for fixed staff during their leaves or absences. The reliever must be flexible, reliable, and capable of adapting to different sites and responsibilities on short notice. This role ensures continuity of service and helps maintain smooth operations across all client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to assigned sites (on Harbour Line or Central Line) when regular staff are on leave.
• Perform the duties of the absent staff as per site requirements (housekeeping, cleaning, or support work).
• Follow instructions from the site supervisor and operations team.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and quality of service at each site.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site-specific rules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or general field work preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and roles.
• Must be flexible with work timings and location assignments.
• Physically fit and willing to travel across assigned areas.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices.

Education:

• No formal education required; basic literacy preferred.
