Release Train Manager, VP

As a Release Train Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the release train. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing the release and environment strategy, managing interdependencies, and providing cross-team synchronisation to ensure clarity on how each team's work contributes to customer success. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing deployment and management phases, implementing Agile coaching, and contributing to release and environment best practices. Your focus will be on improving release train agility and value for end-state customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the release train, including preparation and review of release and environment strategy - Provide cross-team synchronisation and ensure clarity on work contributions to customers - Lead continuous improvement efforts by enhancing deployment and management phases - Implement Agile coaching and contribute to release and environment best practices Qualifications Required: - At least thirteen years of experience in Java APIs, Oracle SQL, AWS cloud, GitLab or DevOps, and BDD test automation framework - Expert understanding of running complex projects involving multiple scrum and non-scrum teams - Proficiency with scaled Agile and P3M tools and methodologies across different levels - Strong servant leadership capabilities and the ability to influence both business and technical partners - Experience in running multiple matrix-managed teams Joining this fast-paced and Agile team as a Release Train Manager offers you the opportunity to be a true servant leader, ensuring consistent Agile delivery at scale.
