The ideal candidate for this position must have at least 1 year of experience in Field Sales, be comfortable working with B2B clients, possess strong sales and negotiation skills, and excel in building and maintaining relationships. The compensation package for this role includes a salary ranging from INR 2.8 lpa to 4 Lpa, along with incentives, medical benefits for spouse and parents, and gratuity.
