Relationship Officer/Fo BDA(MF)

A Microfinance Field Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating financial services for underserved communities. Your responsibilities will include client acquisition and relationship management, loan processing and disbursement, risk management and compliance, reporting and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: - Identify and enroll potential clients for microfinance services. - Conduct field visits to assess borrower needs and financial stability. - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement. 2. Loan Processing & Disbursement: - Collect necessary documents and verify borrower eligibility. - Assist in loan approval and ensure timely disbursement. - Conduct group meetings (if applicable) to reinforce financial literacy. 3. Risk Management & Compliance: - Conduct background checks to minimize risks. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Report any fraudulent activities or policy violations. 4. Reporting & Documentation: - Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and field activities. - Provide feedback to management on field challenges and opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in banking / Society / NBFC / Nidhi/ any other Finance Companies. Freshers can also apply. - Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of local geography and community behavior, basic financial literacy and documentation skills, ability to ride a two-wheeler.
