RELATIONSHIP OFFICER - BUSINESS LOAN ( DIRECT BANK PAYROLL)

MALES CANDIDATES ONLY

CANDIDATES FROM BUSINESS LOAN DEPARTMENT ONLY

Salary:

- For 1-2 years of experience: up to 20,000 per month.

- For 4-5 years of experience: up to 27,000 per month.

Location:

- Manasadwip - South 24 Parganas

- Dunlop - Kolkata

- Bhebia - Habra

- Sarat Bose Road Branch - Kolkata

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Relationship Officer to join our business loans team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

loan sourcing, disbursement, collections, and portfolio management. The role involves open market sourcing of unsecured and secured business loans and

managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including relationship management and loan recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source unsecured and secured business loans through open market channels.

- Achieve monthly targets for loan book size and borrower acquisition.

- Ensure timely disbursement of sourced loans by coordinating with internal teams.

- Actively manage collection for both fresh and existing loans.

- Maintain and monitor the loan portfolio to ensure healthy asset quality.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business.

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
