About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively promote optical/medical products 2. Promote the brand through targeted marketing strategies and activities 3. Build and manage strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to drive sales 4. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, interactions, and sales progress 5. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences 6. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for doctors and healthcare partners 7. Travel extensively, at least 20 days per month, to meet clients, conduct field visits, and attend events 8. Execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets 9. Provide timely reports on sales performance, market insights, and field activities to management 10.
