Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Clickastro products/services.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally via phone and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales.
• Strong communication skills in

  English and Hindi (fluency mandatory)

Qualifications
