Acquire new customers for
CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
,
Term Deposits
, and
Retail Loan
products.
Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers to enhance wallet share and product penetration.
Achieve individual sales targets and branch-level business goals.
Ensure
high-quality customer service
and resolve customer queries/complaints promptly.
Cross-sell third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, etc.
Conduct customer meetings and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
Perform
KYC/AML
checks and ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a database of leads and prospects and update sales trackers regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to customers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of
banking products
and services (CASA, loans, insurance, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Goal-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of
local market/territory
is an advantage.
