About the Role:

Transparent Capital is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to connect with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), understand their investment requirements, and assist them in investing in Unlisted Shares and Pre-IPO opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, generating sales, and ensuring a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with HNI clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital channels.
• Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable unlisted share and Pre-IPO investment opportunities.
• Generate revenue by selling unlisted equity and Pre-IPO investment products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Regularly follow up with clients regarding new investment opportunities and market updates.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to investment closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction details in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience dealing with HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.
• Knowledge of stock markets, unlisted shares, and Pre-IPO investments is an added advantage.
