Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with our existing clients, handle equity trading activities and grow our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with allotted clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails and meetings.
• Handle client queries and provide regular updates on their portfolios and holdings.
• Execute equity cash and F&O trades strictly as per client instructions.
• Monitor client positions, margins and trading activities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Promote mutual funds, SIF, insurance and loan products.
• Generate referrals and increase business from existing clients.
• Coordinate with research and operations teams.
• Maintain client records and regular MIS reports.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in relationship management at a stockbroker, bank or financial services firm.
• Mandatory NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives certification.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of equity markets, F&O and financial products.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
• English and Hindi communication skills; Marathi/Gujarati preferred.
• Existing HNI client network will be an added advantage.
