The role of a Residential Sales Executive involves converting prospects into customers by showcasing suitable primary residential properties that meet the investment needs of the prospects. You will utilize leads provided by the Marketing Team and also generate self-leads through local activities to drive conversions. This includes procuring relevant databases and conducting on-ground activities in corporates and clubs. As a Residential Sales Executive, you will accompany prospects on site visits to residential projects, addressing their queries and coordinating with the Developer or PropTigers Developer Relations Team for any necessary clarifications. It is essential to adhere to operational processes and ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interactions at all touchpoints with PropTiger. Additionally, this role includes providing after-sales services and assisting customers with home loans. To excel in this position, you should hold a Graduation or MBA degree, possess a positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily to engage with new individuals and enjoy sales activities. Previous experience in direct sales would be beneficial, along with strong communication skills and the ability to comprehend prospects" requirements and effectively pitch property solutions.
