Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through phone calls, emails, and social media marketing.
• Engage with school principals, teachers, and decision-makers to promote Kids Age Newspaper.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline through telesales and email campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and orders efficiently.
• Focus on client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.
• Contribute positively to a motivated and goal-oriented team environment.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
• Familiar with professional email communication and etiquette.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the education sector.
• Knowledge of Tamil language is an added advantage (optional).
