As a Sales Executive (Relationship Manager) for a prominent financial services client based in Australia, your role is crucial in proactively nurturing and strengthening existing business relationships. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring client retention through effective communication, identifying opportunities for upselling, and managing risks with diligence and care. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively nurture and enhance existing business relationships. - Identify opportunities for upselling and effectively manage risks. - Advocate for clients within the organization. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a client-centric approach. - Contribute to client retention and company growth.
