Role Purpose:

Acquire high-end current accounts through open market initiatives and cross-sell banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new current accounts and saving accounts monthly.
  • Generate leads and support cross-selling (Trade, FX, CMS, etc.).
  • Comply with KYC/AML guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Graduate (MBA & IRDA preferred)
  • Experience:

    2–3 years in current account acquisition, preferably SME segment
  • Skills:

    Local language proficiency, Excel, business banking knowledge

Competencies:

  • Technical:

    Excel, Trade/FX understanding
  • Behavioral:

    Strong communication, professional grooming
