RBL Bank Ltd is looking for Relationship Manager - Premium Accounts to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients: regular communication, responding to client inquiries and requests, and addressing any issues that arise Understanding client needs and requirements: understanding of the client's needs, goals, and objectives in order to provide relevant and effective solutions Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: identify new business opportunities, such as upselling existing products or services, and work with the sales team to close new deals Providing excellent customer service: ensuring that clients are satisfied with the products and services they receive Collaborating with internal teams: work closely with other internal teams, such as the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure that clients receive a seamless and positive experience Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments: stay informed about industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant advice and recommendations to clients Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
