The ideal candidate will have a background in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with strong networking, corporate engagement, and event planning skills. This role involves promoting academic programs through social media, industry events, and strategic collaborations, ensuring impactful engagement with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and nurture relationships with corporate partners, academic institutions, and industry leaders to drive collaboration. • Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, and promotional activities to enhance visibility. • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns for academic promotions. • Oversee CRM initiatives to manage and strengthen corporate and academic relationships. • Plan and execute events, including industry meetups, academic fairs, and partnership- driven initiatives. • Negotiate and finalize agreements with corporate partners and institutions to foster long-term collaborations. • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to refine outreach and relationship-building strategies. Requirements: • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. • 3-7 years of experience in relationship management, corporate liaison, or academic partnerships. • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. • Strong negotiation, event planning, and communication skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing collaboration. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the education or corporate engagement sector. • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media promotion. • Existing network of industry and academic contacts.
