Responsibilities -

Partner Acquisition: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationship customers to generate a consistent sales.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of real estate market trends and dynamics in your assigned territory to anticipate customer needs and opportunities.

Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by following up on warm leads and exploring potential partnerships.

Sales Execution: Employ a multi-faceted sales approach, including personalized outreach, targeted marketing campaigns, and networking activities, to effectively engage with prospects and close deals.

Proposal Management: Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from both new and existing clients in a timely and professional manner. (Training Provided)

Direct Outreach: Connect with customers to establish direct connections and turn into sales
