Relationship Manager - LAP (Loan Against Property)

As a Relationship Manager LAP at Equitas Bank, your role involves assisting clients in securing loans by leveraging their property as collateral. You will manage the end-to-end loan process, from sourcing and documentation to disbursement and client servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Source leads via self-sourcing and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). - Empanel and manage DSAs to expand lead pipelines. - Conduct personal discussions (PDs) and field visits to assess clients" income and property eligibility. - Collect, verify, and submit all necessary documents for loan application. Qualification Required: - Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) - Experience: Minimum 1 year in LAP or Housing Loan sales You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on client acquisition, loan processing, and team collaboration.
