As a Relationship Manager LAP at Equitas Bank, your role involves assisting clients in securing loans by leveraging their property as collateral. You will manage the end-to-end loan process, from sourcing and documentation to disbursement and client servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Source leads via self-sourcing and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). - Empanel and manage DSAs to expand lead pipelines. - Conduct personal discussions (PDs) and field visits to assess clients" income and property eligibility. - Collect, verify, and submit all necessary documents for loan application.
