Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Relationship Manager-KCC (Full-Time) Function/ Department: Rural Banking Job Purpose Relationship Manager-KCC to join our Retail Banking team in Kekri, Rajasthan. As a Relationship Manager-KCC, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with farmers and agri-businesses in the rural areas. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Agri. sector Understand the financial needs of farmers and agri-businesses and provide them with suitable financial solutions Achieve sales targets by cross-selling various banking products and services Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in the Agri sector Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to customers Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in the Agri sector to provide valuable insights to customers Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
