Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely disbursement of loan against property (LAP) and mortgage loans.
Identify new business opportunities through sales activities, referrals, and networking.
Process home loan applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in LAP/mortgage loans/home loans.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices for generating leads and converting them into sales.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
