As a Sales Executive based in Bhopal, MP, you will be responsible for converting both company-provided (50%) and self-generated (50%) leads into sales. Your main objectives will include achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, building and nurturing client relationships, as well as representing the company at events to report sales progress. Key Responsibilities: - Convert 50% company-provided leads and 50% self-generated leads into successful sales. - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships. - Represent the company at various events and provide regular updates on sales progress. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Graduation in any discipline. - Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid license is preferred. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will benefit from a performance-based incentive structure and the support of company-provided leads to bolster your sales pipeline.
