As an Area Sales Executive, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping: Conduct lane to lane/ Area mapping of your designated Area/ Geography regularly under the guidance of your supervisor. Identify new sources within the allocated Area/ Geography and report the progress to your reporting manager during team huddles. - Source Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with all assigned and identified sources within your geography/area. - Maintain Reports: Keep reports related to sales and all your activities in the prescribed format. Maintain a daily diary of activities as well. - Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify the necessity for appointing a channel partner. - Team Huddle: Attend team huddles on a daily basis following the set process. - Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers. - Completion of File: Ensure the submission of complete application forms, documentations, and information. You should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Loan Sales. The work location is in person, and reliable commuting or planning to relocate to Alot, Madhya Pradesh is required for starting work.
