Relationship Manager - Home Loan/LAP

As a Relationship Manager (Executive/Sr. Executive) in the Sales department, you will be responsible for meeting clients on a daily basis and updating their interactions in the system. Your key tasks will include converting leads into sales, collecting and verifying KYC and loan documents, as well as coordinating with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams for processing. Additionally, you will be preparing loan files for sanction and ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies and regulations. Your role will also involve conducting marketing activities to generate leads. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales of Home Loans/LAP. Basic knowledge of MS Office is required along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Local area knowledge will be an added advantage, and familiarity with KYC and loan documentation processes is essential for success in this position.,
