Job Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales

Maximum Age Limit: 34 years
Maximum CTC: ₹6 LPA
Working Days: 6 days working (Rotational Offs)

Experience Required

• Total Experience: Minimum 4–5 years
• Home Loan (Prime Segment): Minimum 2 years (Mandatory)

Performance Criteria

• Average Ticket Size: ₹60+ Lakhs
• Monthly Target: ₹2–3 Crores

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of prime segment home loans.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
• Generate business through direct sourcing and networking.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the home loan prime segment (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
