Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions, which includes understanding customer needs and profiles, conducting detailed tours of residential properties, explaining investment rationale, and following up until sale materializes. Additionally, you will work on generating referrals and leads, track competition and market trends, meet and exceed sales targets, and ensure timely reporting updates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end customer interactions, including understanding needs, conducting property tours, explaining investment rationale, and follow-up until sale materializes. - Work on generating referrals and leads from assigned Priority Channel Partner relationships and other sources. - Track and monitor competition and market trends, and share knowledge with the team. - Continually meet and exceed daily/monthly targets for lead sourcing, call volume, and sales. - Ensure timely updates on the system and submit any required reports and updates to the reporting manager. Qualification Required: - Strong communication skills and a pleasing personality. - Prior experience in sales, business development, voice process, or hospitality/aviation. - Real estate experience is not necessary. - High levels of passion and ownership. - Candidates from Bangalore are preferred.,
