Job Description

We are looking for a suitable person as Relationship Manager for Finance Doctor with an aptitude for three dimensions: Business development - The candidate should develop prospects and leads and should have the ability to convert them into customers. Relationship skills - The candidate should enjoy external orientation, interest in talking, relating with and helping people to achieve their important financial goals. Basic Financial Knowledge - The candidate should have a basic interest in financial markets, investment products and financial planning. Enhancing relationship with existing Customers: Ability to simplify the financial terms and present it to the customer Ability to listen to the customer's requirements and convert to goal based action steps Ability to quickly assess the situation and recommend appropriate allocation Ability to demonstrate the importance of goals to the Customer and facilitate implementation Converting Prospects to Customers: Proactively meeting prospects and leads and helping them understand the importance of financial planning Ability to handle questions related to financial markets and products Ability to follow up regularly Desired Candidate Profile Education: UG/PG of any specialization is fine. We are looking for a person with good academic background with an undergraduate degree in finance, commerce, economics or related areas. CFP/CFA qualification will be preferred. Related experience will be given preference but we might also consider freshly qualified candidates with high potential. Relationship manager is the most important contact point for our customers, collecting inputs and delivering output and developing good relationships.
