We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying journey, understanding their needs, and offering suitable vehicle solutions. This role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and negotiation skills to deliver a superior customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information on available vehicles, features, and financing options.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models, trims, and packages.
• Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain features, specifications, and benefits.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, new models, promotions, and automotive trends.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover of vehicles to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with dealership standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales/customer service.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Basic understanding of financing and insurance processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
