Relationship Manager – Banking Sector

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, generate new business, and provide excellent banking services. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, handling loan and investment products, and maintaining strong client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Source new clients for Home Loan, LAP, and other banking products.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing.
• Achieve monthly business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Finance or Commerce preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking and loan products.
• Experience in sales or banking preferred (freshers can also apply).

Salary: As per company policy + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
